About Golf Club Grips
Take your left hand and put it at the top of the club, just below the cap on the top of the grip. Take your right hand and put it directly below the left hand, inserting the small finger on your right hand into the space between the middle finger and forefinger on the left hand. As you look at your grip, your thumbs should align. You should also be able to see the letter "V" formed between your left thumb and left forefinger.

Overlapping Grip

Take your left hand and put it at the top of the club, just below the cap on the top of the grip. Take your right hand and put it directly below the left hand, inserting the small finger on your right hand into the space between the middle finger and forefinger on the left hand. As you look at your grip, your thumbs should align. You should also be able to see the letter "V" formed between your left thumb and left forefinger.

Interlocking Grip

Put your left hand on top of the club, just below the cap on the top of the grip. Take the small finger on your right hand and put it underneath your left forefinger. Your thumbs should align down the side of the club.

Baseball Grip

Take hold of the club as if it were a baseball bat. Put your left hand at the top of the club and your right hand directly below it. With this grip, the two hands will work independently compared with the overlapping and interlocking grips in which the hands work together.
